Royal Mail Untracked Service has been introduced to our website, this is a standard service reaching customers in 3-17 Business Days. This service is an NON tracked service. Royal Mail work closely with USPS & Canada Post to get your parcel to you within the timescale given but please be aware of local delays that may hold your parcel in transit. 

DHL Express Shipping

DHL Express shipping rates are automatically calculated by the weight of your parcel upon checkout, the price you see is the price we pay, no additions. 
For the time being all shipping has an Emergency Surcharge due to the pandemic, once we see an increase in flights this surcharge will disappear and we will see a decrease in shipping prices once again. 

DHL Express 3-7 Business Days Fully Tracked. 

EU Shipping

European shipping is a standard £21.99 for any EU country. This is a 3-5 working day service by road with DPD.

During the pandemic it has been increasingly difficult to source some grocery items, in some cases we may need to substitute some items if there is a suitable substitute available, on some occasions there may not be a substitute available, in that case we will refund the item and send the remaining items. If you would not like any substitutions please add this as a note to your order. Thank you for understanding.

We take great care in ensuring that all packages are sent safe & securely, all heat sensitive & glass products are protected in two layers of bubble wrap giving it enough protection to withstand the journey across the pond.
